A good friend of mine called me up and asked how to stop her Red LED Light from flashing. She had tried everything, she checked her Facebook, her Yahoo, her emails, her text messages, her missed calls, and even pulled her battery and nothing seemed to get red of that annoying flashing red light. It was driving her officially bonkers to say the least. Well, in the land of  BlackBerry geeks we call this a ghost or a phantom reminder alert, and it can happens for no rhyme or reason sometimes.

Well the great guys over at RIMGeeks came through with a free and simple app called LEDReset and just like the name implies, the app resets your flashing LED light. So now with quick click of your trackball or touch of your screen, you can say goodbye to that annoying red light.  This app should work on most BlackBerry devices, and you can pick up this handy little application by clicking you the link below with your BlackBerry web broswer.
