With BlackBerry Messenger growing increasingly popular, many people are leaning to become creative with their BlackBerry Messenger Screen Names. BBM users have learned to add thing like flags, hearts, and other symbols to their screen name, as well changing their name to something like “Saints number#1 fan”. This is all well and fine if you only have a few contacts in your BBM list.  But if you have 10 plus, it can get to the point where you have no idea who all these people are. It also make it literally impossible to search by name to find the person you are looking for. So today I will help you clean up your BBM list by showing you how to change individual user names.

These instructions are geared to users using BlackBerry Messenger 5.0. If you are not using the latest version of BlackBerry Messenger. Be sure to read this article about updating to the latest version. Ok let’s get started.
