Here is a little something for all you thinking of jumping from BlackBerry to that other phone. These may the first pictures of a very very early prototype of the rumored BlackBerry Storm3. Most of us in the BlackBerry blog world knew that RIM had been working on a touchscreen slider phone that could premier sometime this year. This next generation touchscreen BlackBerry is speculated to be a GSM device this time around and could be running the new v5.1 OS, which is said to be currently in beta, or even OS v6.0. This new device would take full advantage of the upcoming RIM WebKit browser with flash support, 3D graphics, and an updated BlackBerry Messenger. Throw in a new widgets feature, and what RIM is now calling some BlackBerry super apps, we could see a whole new level of crackberry addition.

BBleaks.com who posted these photos isn’t able to confirm the legitimacy of the photos, but most of us are convinced that this is some variation of an upcoming RIM device.
