How to Wipe/Delete all information off a BlackBerry.
Sooner or later there will come a time when we all need to wipe the information off of our BlackBerry. It could be because you’re selling your old device, or you’ve got 10 sec before all heck breaks loose. Either way, for whatever your reasons may be, we are going to show you in detail how to wipe your BlackBerry clean. With that said, once it’s done it’s done, there is no going back boys and girls so be sure this is REALLY what you want to do. Â
This was done using a BlackBerry Storm, but it’s basically the same procedure for all BlackBerry devices.
Here we go:
1. Make sure you have a good backup of all of your Data

 2. From your Menu Screen go to options

3. Once in options go to Security Options
 4.) Select General Settings
 5: Open General Settings
6. Hit the BlackBerry Menu Button, and select Wipe Handheld.
 
6. A warning will be displayed. If you want all your third party apps ” FaceBook, Yahoo”, etc” deleted then check the “include third party applications” box and click Continue.
7. Type the word “blackberry” to wipe the device, and hit next or continue.
The device will ask if you are sure and just click yes, or next and that’s it.
(PLEASE NOTE this will delete ALL information on the BB, Messages, SMS, Calendar, etc.
