ELIGIBILITY: Merchandise contests are currently only open to legal U.S. residents only, ages 18 and older at the time of entry. Software/Application contests are currently open to all BlackBerryDreamBlog.com readers, ages 18 and older at the time of entry. Employees of ECS Media International or BlackBerryDreamBlog.com, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and production agencies, electronic media firm, and members of their immediate families or households, are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited by law. Federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.

HOW TO ENTER:  Upon submittal of a comment to a post on BlackBerryDreamBlog.com. Email addresses will be collected only for the purpose of administering this Giveaway. Limit of one entry per person or e-mail address.

WINNERS: Limit of one prize per contest per person. Winners will be notified by e-mail

Any prize notification or prize returned as undeliverable will be awarded to an alternate winner. No substitution for prize, unless at BlackBerryDreamBlog’s sole discretion. Prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash.

Winners acknowledge that prizes are awarded “as is” and that any representation, guarantee or warranty, express or implied, in law or in fact, relative to any prize, including but not limited to its quality, or fitness for a particular purpose is expressly disclaimed.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY: By entering, the entrants agree to hold harmless the ECS Media International or BlackBerryDreamBlog.com, its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents, from and against, any and all rights, claims and causes of action whatsoever that they may have, or which may arise, against any of them for any liability for any matter, cause or thing whatsoever, including but not limited to any injury, loss, damage, whether direct, compensatory, incidental or consequential, to person, including death and property, arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from their acceptance, possession, use or misuse of a prize in the Giveaway, or their participation in the Giveaway, or their participation in any Giveaway or prize related activity.

ECS Media International, BlackBerryDreamBlog.com, nor its agents are not responsible for any injury or damage to entrants’ or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from entering or downloading any materials in the Giveaway.
