Target announced today the nationwide launch of their Scannable Mobile Coupon Program in all of their retail stores. What’s really neat about this program is that for certain items you will no longer need to bring coupon to the store. Verizon Wireless Customers can Makes Calls To Chile for Free After 8.8 Magnitude Earthquake.
