I have downloaded os 7.1 to my pc.
How do i install it on my bb9900 with 7.0 on it!
Note:
My desktop manager doesnt load all apps from my bb, stops on 91 % and freezes. And via virtual site i checked for updates it stayed searching for abt two hrs and nothing appeared.

In a 8520 curve, the keyboard is locked : first i must write the word “blackberry” and after the password, that i don’t know.
Can you pls help me to cancel or to find it?

i have a torch i just backup my phone on desktop manager full backup and then restore after formatting the phone but i cud not get the messages back in bb messenger ……. those were very important for me plz tell me how cud it possible to retrieve them …… i will b looking for ur reply ……….

Hi anderson

I am trying to restore a Blackberry backup .My computer crashed – however I had a HD backup which I was able to restore – when I do the blackberry backup restore – I get a message that the backup is corrupt – how can I restore this backup – I have tried the advanced option , blackberry grab , even 1 or 2 converter – still get a message that it is unaccessable or corrupt -Please help – Thanks

The T-mobile shop in San Antonio, TX was very helpful to get my BB 9800 online using the right service books. This includes a full functional browser and usage of the EDGE data stream.
They made a call to the technical support, send me the service books for my torch and a reboot of my phone was all! So it looks like they’re still supportive

I have unlocked my BB Torch for tmobile and everything works except the BBM…. It says the service has been blocked, is there a way to fix that?
